If your company (large or small) does computer repairs, then you need to get listed
in the 1USA Tech Supporters database.
1USA.COM is a national ISP service. We go far beyond every other ISP in the country to help our customers... regarding the internet and regarding their
computer equipment.
- When a customer's computer doesn't work, we're usually the first to find out about it. :)
- When a customer is looking for a new computer, we're usually the first to find out about it. :)
If the customer was referred to 1USA by your company, then we have that referral info in their 1USA Membership
record.
When the customer calls or emails with a need
or a Tech Support issue that requires
your attention, we refer the work back to you.
You will either receive notification directly from 1USA or we may tell the customer to call you directly.
If the customer bought their computer at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, or any other Mass Market Retailer,
then we are able to refer new business to the participating Resellers and
repair shops.
If you would like some of this New Business, you need to get listed in the 1USA Tech Supporters database.
Most 1USA customers are professionals in their chosen field of work. 1USA is one of the few ISPs that realizes
that not everyone is computer proficient. And some subscribers are computer-challenged!
1USA offers free Online Training, answers email questions and many other levels of customer support -- which makes
1USA their guiding light in the world
of computers.
If a customer feedback indicates that a problem is not resolved, then 1USA will get back in the loop and make an
extra effort to help the customer fix the problem.
Cost to participate in the 1USA Tech Support Affiliate Program:
- you need to hand out 1USA Signup CD-Roms in your establishment and refer at least 3 new customers per month to
the 1USA ISP Service. This is a 2-way street. We bring customers to you and you refer customers to 1USA. You
will not have to pay for advertising to be listed.
