Answer-line for your Windows questions, not $2 per minute like other services.
You'd think that for $45 per month the Broadband companies would provide Tech Support for your computers??
Sorry to say, they only check to see if your connection is working.
So who are you gonna
call for other important questions?
3. You will also
need Firewalls. You'll need a Hardware Firewall
(piece of equipment between your DSL/Cablemodem box and your computer) and you'll also need a Software Firewall
installed on your computer.
- Failure to install both of these may cause the need for repairs when the computer gets hacked into. Not "if"... but "when".
1USA will provide you with the software Firewall, and advise you on which hardware
firewall is best for your setup.
1USA can also refer you to 1USA-Certified Computer Repair Shops around the USA who will not rip you off.
4. Now that you have a "full time"
connection, you need software to prevent viruses from getting into your computer.
1USA provides Free
antivirus software to customers who have 1 year
remaining on their 1USA Agreement.
5. Access to our
1USA Community
-- a private areas for members-only which include Chat, IRC, Forums/Newsgroups, Free WebMail, Jokes, Games, File

6. Software to

10. Optional 56k Backup internet access for when your DSL or Cable-Modem connection goes down.
History: DSL and CableModems go down for a day or two at a time. Cale-modem service goes down a week at a time.
You might need a "backup" dialup connection for times when your DSL/Cablemodem service isn't working.
11. Optional 150
hours per month of 56k dialup access for PDA's and other devices:
- access from Laptop or other portable computers
- access from a location other than your house
