and the new "internet appliances" like hand-held computers, Palm Pilot, etc.
We offer "Premium" quality services at "connection-only" prices.
In other terms, (We offer Cadillac Quality services
at "Hyundai" Prices)
- you know, those low-priced "internet connections" like NetZero,
Juno - who only give you a connection - but when you have a problem - they don't even have a phone number to call!
(An "internet connection" company is NOT a full-fledged
"Internet Service Provider".)
1USA has the most experience. Yep... we've been in
business longer than any other ISP - in the world!
1USA started out as BerksOnline BBS in the mid-1980's -- in the days of the '286 and
'386 computers -- that grew into an ISP service.
1USA was one of the first "real" ISP's back in March 1995 (the same time Netscape was published, making
1USA one of the first True ISP's in the country.)
How advanced is 1USA?
- Windows 95 didn't have TCP/IP in it until April 1997 (Windows95 B version). 1USA had already been connecting
its customers on the internet for 2 years before!
