Unlimited Access definition means with a Fair Use Policy: Dialup connections may:
- May go to any websites you choose, without restriction
- May run any FTP client, Wais client, Gopher client or any such client protocol to log into servers, for any legal purpose
- May log into company VPN Virtual Private Networks, as authorized by the company you're connecting to
- May use any authorized Mail Server, even mail servers other than 1USA's mail servers
- May not run any server software or share your hard drive; particularly Web, FTP, Email, Music servers
- Be connected as many times per day or per month as needed, up to a reasonable normal average monthly usage, as long as someone is sitting at the computer; and the computer is not left unattended while connected to the internet. The only exception is while downloading large WindowsUpdates files from Microsoft or similar occasional use.
Due to security concerns a Persistent 24-hour connection using a phone line is not allowed unless specifically authorized by 1USA Administrators.
If your Dialup Connection is online frequently without your knowledge or without your permission, it indicates that one of the Settings is incorrect or possibly your computer may have been hacked into. Contact 1USA Tech Support if you are experiencing one of these situations.
If your computer has been online more than 12 hours, 1USA will assume that in fact you are sitting at the computer and may opt to contact you at any hour to alert you of the situation or may change the Login Password until the situation is resolved.
