Getting the computer to save passwords.
	Over the course of time, some 1USA customers have called in saying that they could not save their Login Password -- that the Password field is grayed-out. The solution: "Client for Microsoft networks" enables the Password-caching ,allowing you to put the Checkmark on "Save Password" If your computer does not save the Logon password, goto Control Panel > Network and Add the Protocol from Microsoft called "Client for Microsoft networks" This is the 2nd link in the General Stuff section on http://www.1usa.com/tech/index.html#general If you'd rather have a qualified Technician do these things, 1USA will refer you to the Compuer Shop who originally referred you to us, or to a qualified software technician in your area if you bought the computer from a mass merchant. (mom says this is a nice thing to do...)
