An idea to maximize the effectiveness of your website through Prize Drawings. |
|||
| Generally, people are not willing to discuss their buying habits, but with a Prize as an enticement, they are somewhat
willing to divulge at least SOME information about themselves. The small cost of a prize each month will get you leads & prospects, and can also help you find out why people aren't currently getting products or services from your company. When you advertise, you get responses. From the responses you get $Sales$. But if a person doesn't respond to your ad, you NEVER know why people aren't interested in your products or services. 1USA, via the Prize Drawings, is able to help you canvass the general public looking for reasons why people AREN'T currently your customers. Therefore, to find out if your print ads are working, every one of your PRINT ADS should contain your WWW website address. BarryZ encourages you to put "Visit our website at WWW.<address> and enter to win <your prize>" in every one of your print ads. Maximizing the effectiveness of your overall advertising program: If people will read your print ad and then visit your website, they will then find your Prize Drawing. If they enter to win the prize, we get the chance to ask them some questions about their buying habits. We also get the chance to ask them for Referrals. Here is a typical scenario of how it works: 1. The consumer visits your website and clicks to Enter to Win your prize. 2. All Prize drawings now go into a database. The database is standardized and handles multiple Prize Drawings for multiple websites, reducing the programming costs. The database is searchable and will grow large over time. 3. The questions asked the consumer can change at any time, but I recommend not changing the questions too often. 4. When a consumer enters to win the prize, they are given the opportunity to answer the Questions. The purpose of asking questions is to find out some things about them (called Demographics). (a) to get the consumer to think about visiting your business when they're in the market for your products & services (b) to find out who they're using now instead of coming to your business. 5. When the consumer clicks the button to Enter the drawing, our database system now sends them a confirming Email displaying their selections. This verifies their email address. You also receive a copy of that email. Some kids will type in incorrect email addresses, fake street addresses or phone numbers, but overall, the quality of the Leads should be fairly good. Read the person's entries. If you feel that it's a promising contact, you can print the email and forward it to the approriate Department for action. The best action would be to call the customer on the phone and set up an appointment. If by email, you may want to tell them your Specials or otherwise invite them to visit your business, but it's not necessary to duplicate what our Automatic Email already tells them. 6. Now that they have entered to win the monthly prize, you as a Prize Awarder need to hold a Drawing once per month (or as advertised) informing everyone who the winner is that month. This is also the perfect opportunity to keep the up to date on any Specials or other reasons to visit your business office. Overall, this is a Powerful way to generate more business - if used correctly and if followed up. Thank you for using 1USA for your internet services and Thank You for any referrals to businesses who's websites are not yet hosted by 1USA. BarryZ Companies who want a web page generally try to do it themselves or hire an independent web page designer and try to keep expenses as cheap as possible... and the results are the same.... as cheap as possible. 1USA can show you how to have a deluxe website (definition: a Website is an accumulation of multiple web pages.) that actually works and brings in new customers - and 1USA has testimonials to prove it. 1USA is different than your normal Advertising Agency, Web Designer or WebHost - and if you are ready to turn an expense into an opportunity, give us a call.
